Domestic Shipments

TheNOBO ships all orders to customers, consignors and traders in the United States via UPS or FedEx.

Package Tracking

We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped. You may view the status of your order and obtain tracking information in My Profile.

Delivery Insurance

TheNOBO packages are insured by UPS or FedEx.

Sales Tax

TheNOBO has a fiduciary responsibility and is obligated by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to U.S. jurisdictions that charge sales tax.

Returns of Items Shipped to TheNOBO

If TheNOBO determines that your submitted item is unacceptable for consignment or trade, we reserve the right to return it to you, in which case you as Customer are responsible for return shipping fees.


At present, we only accept consignments & items for trade from individuals within the United States.

Products Eligible for Returns

All trades are final and traded products may not be returned unless there is an issue with authentication. Specifically, a traded product may not be returned unless the brand, product description, or quality are clearly different than that described in the product description. All full price consigned products are covered by TheNOBO’s return policy.

Returns of Policy

For eligible returns you can submit a Return Request located within your user profile within 7 days of the shipment date, and return the item within 14 days of the shipment date. Items received after 14 days or with the security tag missing or removed cannot be returned. We’ll notify you by email once we have received and processed your return.

Any items listed at 40% or more off of the original listing price, are final sale, and cannot be returned for credit.

If you have a question about the authenticity of your traded or bought item, contact us within five days to file a “counterfeit claim” <hyperlink>.

Issuance of Credit

You will receive an email once your return has been received and processed. You can track the status of this by referring to the Return Request area in your user profile. Once completed, we will issue a full refund within 7-10 business days for all full price items, not for sale. All sale items, are eligible for credit for your purchase, only.
